Although they say that toby does not have “good intentions”. That does not mean he has bad intentions with spencer it could mean that he has bad intentions with mona and the A team. Because lets all face it he could not have been faking loving spencer that whole time. I do not have a doubt in my mind that he is doing this for good and will avenge whatever this A team has done to Spencer and her friends. He loves Spencer and he is also fond of her friends this cannot be so.
